The SANFLW U18 Competition is another step towards creating clear pathways for female footballers in the Eagles zone. Here at the Eagles our female programs have performed at a high level and continues to develop players for SANFLW and the next level.

Recently GWS AFLW Player Grace Martin, who was drafted from the Eagles in the 2024 AFLW Draft, was named her clubs Rising Star. Maia Freemantle who is a current SANFLW player has also been named as a finalist in the 2025 SA School Sports Awards in the Individual Secondary Section.
