NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT WOODVILLE OVAL, EAGLES FUNCTION CENTRE ON MONDAY, 2ND FEBRUARY 2026 AT 7:30 PM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of both the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Inc. and Eagles Club Inc. will take place at the Football Club, Oval Avenue, Woodville South, on Monday, 2nd February 2026, at 7:30 PM for the Woodville West Torrens Football Club and at 7:45 PM for the Eagles Club.

Retiring Directors: Mrs Christine Williams, Ms Narelle Fletcher, and Mr Patrick Giuffreda are eligible for re-election and will be seeking re-election.

Although three (3) director positions are available, the Club seeks nominations that bring expertise in four key advisory areas to support the strategic direction and long- term sustainability of the Woodville West Torrens Football Club:

1. Finance Director
2. Director of Psychology and Well-Being
3. Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Relationships
4. Director of Property Development, Infrastructure, Asset Management, and Leases

All nominees must read the Woodville West Torrens Football Club Inc. & Eagles Club Inc. Notice of Board Nominations document, which can be downloaded from www.wwtfc.com.au, and ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the document in full.

Nominations must be made on the official form, which is available at the WWTFC Administration office on Oval Avenue, Woodville South, or may be downloaded from links below.

The form must be signed by the candidate and two financial members in accordance with Rule 8.5(c) of the Constitution.

Nomination forms must be submitted to David Couzner, CEO of WWTFC and the Eagles Club, and received no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, 5th January 2026, at david.couzner@wwtfc.com.au

If there are more nominations than available positions, an election process will take place. Financial members will be able to vote in person on the day of the AGM (2nd February 2026) from 9:00 AM until 6:30 PM. Members can also apply to submit an absentee vote by using the Absentee Voting Form available on the club’s webpage.
