We all knew that North Adelaide would beat someone this season and seeing their Senior Coach leave Prospect we knew they would more than likely play a different style of footy and play with some freedom.
North played with a player drive we haven’t seen all season. We could not get our hands on the ball, and we were dominated in all key stats. Our pressure game was missing and all the good things we pride ourselves on were basically absent.
Injuries are starting to have an impact but this brings the opportunity to play some young players in Lucy Moore and Julia Watson who made her League debut this week and held herself well.
Marlie Fiegert was the best player on the ground and continues to show she is a premium midfielder at SANFLW League Level.
We have 4 games left of the season and now are out of touch with the top 4 sides so moving forward we will continue to strive to play our way, whilst sharpening up on some things to recreate our performances from earlier in the season.
