Vale Brian Livesey

The Woodville West Torrens Football Club is saddened by the news that Club Life Member and former West Torrens player Brian Livesey has passed away.

Brian played 152 games and kicked 79 goals for the Eagles from 1954-1964.

By 1957 he was regarded as one of the finest half forward flank specialists in the SANFL, and he made an eye-catching interstate debut that year against the Vics at the Adelaide Oval. He went on to play a total of five matches for South Australia.
