U16’s Match Report – Round 12

The Under 16’s ventured out to the Parade to take on Norwood. Kicking with a slight breeze we began well and opened up a 10 point lead at Quarter time. 

By the half time break, Norwood fought back and opened up a 9 point lead. The third & fourth quarters is when Norwood took control of the game and by the final siren ended up winning comfortably by 41 points. It was certainly a disappointing result, but it did identify some areas in which we need to continually improve upon.

Our better players include, Logan Hughes, Brock Jamieson, Rome Burgoyne & Ray Sumner. With Rome Burgoyne kicking 3 goals Drew Bertelsmeier, Logan Hughes, Zane Peucker & Lachlan Sands each kicking one.

This week we take on Sturt at Home in what will be a triple header to the League game.
