The Under 18s had a good win against North Adelaide on Saturday at Prospect Oval. We started well again kicking the first three goals into a breeze, but North then hit back with a couple of their own and we took a 5 point lead into quarter time.  The second quarter was our best for the year as we kicked 7 goals and held North scoreless.  We played a great brand of footy with the whole team contributing across all the lines.

The second half was a mirror image of the first with a tight third quarter followed by a very pleasing last quarter and we ran out 83 point winners.

We had many good players all over the field with Will Neumann, Mattaes Phillipou, Harry Dwyer and Adam D’Aloia who led the way in our midfield with their attack on the ball and their ball getting ability. Dylan Branford was strong and clean in defence and Will Pearce and Lukas Cooke were very busy forwards with 4 goals each.  This week Henry Hawker played his first game of Under 18 footy and did well in our defence.

We play Sturt this week at home against an opponent that accounted for us in Round 1 so we are looking forward to the challenge.
